Special meetng OF Memebers

The Carleton Place Canoe Club will be hosting a Special Meeting of Members on October 16th, 2024 (virtually at 7PM) to approve amendments to our by-laws which will make us compliant under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). 

Along with joining us virtually for our Special Meeting, we would like to provide members with an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the amendments prior to the meeting. Our updated by-laws are posted below, and we encourage you to review them, and submit any questions and/or feedback regarding the amendments through the form link below. 

These questions, and feedback will be addressed at the Special Meeting. Please note that all submissions will be anonymous (you will not need to submit your name, email address, etc.). The deadline to submit questions and/or feedback will be October 14th, 2024
